Financial Aid & Scholarships

Apply for Financial AssistanceAt Kennedy International School, we are committed to making a high-quality bilingual education accessible to families from all backgrounds. Financial aid is awarded based on demonstrated need and depends on the availability of funds, helping ensure that every student has the opportunity to thrive academically and culturally.Who can Apply?

Any family may apply for tuition assistance. We encourage all families who believe they may benefit from financial support to submit an application.

The Clarity Application is used to assess each family’s financial profile, taking into account assets, income, expenses, and debts.

Eligibility

New families must complete the enrollment process prior to the evaluation of their financial aid application. Current families who have not previously applied for financial aid are not eligible unless a significant change in financial circumstances can be demonstrated. Families currently receiving financial aid are required to reapply each year.

Application Process

Applications are submitted through the Clarity platform. The process takes about thirty minutes to complete and can be accessed from any device. Progress can be saved and resumed at any time. At the conclusion of the application, authorization must be provided for the IRS to share a transcript of W-2 forms and personal tax returns. Families with existing IRS.gov accounts generally experience a smoother verification process.

Upon submission of the Clarity Application, applicants must return to their dashboard to upload any additional required tax documentation, including but not limited to Form 1120, W-9 form, or a letter from the employer.
A
step-by-step guide is available to assist in completing the application.

Fees

A $65 submission fee applies. Applications may be shared with other participating schools at no additional cost by selecting the desired institutions from the dropdown menu within the Clarity platform.

Support

Assistance is available directly within the Clarity application via the “Help” button located in the bottom left corner. Additional support can be obtained by email at support@clarityapp.com or by phone at 206-210-3752.
